                            Anyone that buys tickets or registers for an event via tiqspace, therefore, accepts the below agreement <em>tiqspace</em>.

                                <em> "Client"</em> means a customer of Tiqspace.
                            </li>
                            <li>
                                <em>"Client Data"</em> means personal data, reports, addresses, and other files, folders or documents in electronic form that a User of the Service stores within the Service.

                            <em>Customer</em> shall refer to any individual or organization that uses The Website to purchase or attempt
                            to purchase any goods or services, including but not limited to tickets, delegate passes, vouchers, or
                            any similar products or services using the Website.

                            link in the event's footer. We will review each report, and depending on the nature of the
                            report, we may or may not follow up with you.

                        <p>Be thoughtful and careful about the kind of information you ask for.
                            You should not use Tiqspace to collect or share credit card numbers,
                            social security numbers, financial information, or other sensitive information
                            not absolutely necessary for the administration of your event,
                            and not available for collection through alternative methods </p>

                        <p class="display-6 fw-semibold section-title" id="childprotect">Child Protection - Don’t Do or Post Anything that Puts Minors at Risk.</p>
                        <p>Don’t post anything that would be considered Child Sexual Abuse Material,
                            which includes material that depicts the sexual abuse and exploitation of children
                            under the age of 18 years old, including child nudity and content intended for the purpose of sexual arousal. </p>
                        <p>
                            In line with <em><strong>Tiqspace</strong></em> Terms of Services, if you are organizing an event
                            where children under the age of 18 (or the legal age of majority) may attend,
                            the parent or legal guardian must register the minor and/or purchase the ticket on their behalf.
                            You may not use our tools or Services to collect data directly from children under the age of 13.
                        </p>

                        <p class="display-6 fw-semibold section-title" id="activities">Illegal Activities</p>
                        <p>Don’t Post Illegal Content or Post About Illegal Activities, such as:</p>

                        <li>The sale or ingestion of illegal drugs, other illegal substances</li> <br>

                            Intellectual property infringement by uploading, distributing, reproducing,
                            duplicating, or removing the copyright or trademark of any content on <em><strong>Tiqspace</strong></em>
                            that you do not have a right to under any law, which includes but is not limited to,
                            all images, logos, videos, and text uploaded on your event listing.
                            If you have identified an unauthorized use of your intellectual property on Tiqspace,
                            please follow the process in our Copyright and Trademark Policy
                        </li>

                            Don’t Post Hateful or Dangerous Content or Events That Discriminate Against or Threaten Any Societal Group, or Encourages Violence.

                                Hate speech, hateful ideologies, and hateful activities that incite, encourage or engage in violence, intimidation, disparagement, harassment, or threats targeting an individual or group based on their actual or perceived race, ethnicity, religion, national origin, immigration status, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or veteran status.

                                Terrorist symbols, activities, and organizations or organized criminal activity.
                            </li>
