ESRF-doi-to-metalink.py should support writing metalink output to specific location

Currently, ESRF-doi-to-metalink.py automatically generates a "reasonable" output filename for the metalink description.

It would be helpful if the script had a way to specify what the output filename should be.

Also, the output filename should be printed/returned.
