Add to spacy Universe

Hi @paulrinckens, I wanted to find this package again after seeing it on spaCy's Twitter. It took quite a while looking through it all the tweets.

I would recommend adding it to the spacy Universe to allow people to find it - it would be a shame if people could find the package 😁
