Current Behavior
We use issue collectors for issue submission with typhos to Jira.
I forget why we chose this route, but it's there and it's working
Possible Solution
We could use the REST API to submit issues:

Then we could attach screenshots of the problematic device display along with the issue
Per Murali, there's more functionality there (that I admittedly have not looked into yet - the screenshot stuck out to me as a useful one though)
