Expected Behavior
Expected consistent sizing and less wasted space
Current Behavior
There's an extra blank area beneath the title bar allocated to the help widget.
The help widget doesn't work properly and messes up the layout when summoned upon.
Possible Solution
Remove the in-line help widget and replace with only the pop-out help options.
