Describe the issue
I was previously using v5.1 with GRCh38.105 as the value for the db and this worked well. I updated to 5.4c and now I am getting the error GRCh38.105.genome' not found in config file '/opt/conda/share/snpeff-5.4.0c-0/snpEff.config'.
There are two issues here for me:
- how can I restore the ability to use this database with
5.4c?
- is there a changelog or other method available to track what has changed between versions?
