I am using SNPSIFT annotate to annotate my vcf by using gnomad vcf. There are some info tag in gnomad vcf with empty Description. And SNPSIFT annotae is creating trouble. Specifying -info with snpsift annotate is also not working, I think default behaviour is to check all info ids. Do you have any suggestions to deal with this issue? Thank you.
