                    <p>Why are health and fitness seen as the same thing? And why don't wearables make us healthier? Corevity set out to solve these problems to make health approachable, simple, and easy to understand.</p>

                     <p>Corevity has developed the first-ever fully automated consumer health model. It looks at all of the factors that influence your health including sleep, nutrition, and exercise. We automatically track that data for you so you can easily understand your health experience and easily increase your lifestyle enjoyment.

                    <blockquote class="belife"><p>I thought I was healthy. I played college sports. I have always been active. When I was 22 I was training 6 days a week, 3+ hours a day. I was extremely fit. I thought being fit was the same as being healthy. I was wrong.
                    </p><p>
                    I found out I wasn’t healthy. When I was 26, I developed high blood pressure. It exposed my lack of health understanding. Rather than incur the cost and terror of taking pills, I changed my lifestyle. I started manually testing my nutrition inputs to increase my energy levels. I moved from processed food to cleaner, whole foods, and now mostly organic vegetables focused meals. There was still no barometer or feedback system. It was all trial and error. There was no direct path. I had to test and test and test to get here.
                    </p><p>
                    I wanted to solve this problem for everyone and create an truly automated health solution. It took me 10 years to fully hone my health philosophy. I created Corevity to make health simple, beautiful and actionable.
