Add bulk actions "move" and "copy"

In panel file explorer you can copy or move single file but this action is not available for multiple selection. They can be added to "Bulk actions" submenu.

You can already bulk move.
And for bulk copy I'm not sure how useful that would be.

Also bulk copy may be useful if I want, for example, copy a lot configs.

Bulk move shipped in v1.0.0-beta19 via #1117. Bulk copy didn't, so please open a focused discussion for that if you still want it. Closing as resolved.
