If enabled, force 2FA after loging in over OAuth like Github

Currently if you login over OAuth into the panel and have 2FA enabled, you don´t have to enter your 2FA-Code to process to log in. But it where a good security choice if you have to enter a 2FA-Code when you login over OAuth.
