Primary changes:

• Removed the creation of BiomedicalConceptProperty. In previous versions, these were created from mapped DSS, which is not correct. DSS is for implementation. The consensus is BiomedicalConceptProperty are generated from the BC dataElementConcepts.
• Added BC Grouping functionality
• Replaced static protocol controlled terminology and DDF CT with calls to the CDISC Library API
• Added CT browsers for SDTM, CDASH, Protocol, DDF and Define-XML
