we should re-fork PX4-Autopilot and link it as a submodule in monorepo to keep the version standardized.
We will also likely need to modify source code for px4 next year for vtol logic, multiple takeoffs in one mission, and also horizontal landing that doesn't tweak out (circling behavior) so keeping this in repo where we can bump/commit hashes will likely be useful
