Editor for creating new layouts of 'circuits'

• Egui

  • Left hand side library of available components
  • Drag components
  • Drag components from library onto 'canvas'
  • Right click component with pop-out window where you can edit from where inputs come
    • Auto-drag wires from the output component to your input component
  • Select multiple components with a hold drag select feature
  • Save to disk
  • Switch from editor mode to simulation mode with the current version edited and back

Sort of addressed with #78 . Vizia implementation is missing, and we don't have anyone working on it currently. Let's keep this issue around for some future Vizia warrior.
