Vizia Panes

Problem

Today's (vizia) implementation provides a single pane (grid with components).

Solution

We want to provide a "workspace" where you can put information in panes left and right of the grid. E.g., instruction memory and register file information to the left, and data and stack memory to the right.

What features do we want for the left/right panel?

• foldable views.
• reordable views (maybe drag and drop).
• scalable panels (draggable)
• serializable state (so you can restore the panel settings for a model)

I merged the POC, so we can work off on that. Since its merged I deleted the branch (there is already quite a few branches).

Foldable views now implemented.

Foldable views have been merged. Notice the abuse of Log ERROR (this is just to elevate the log level for panel messages temporary, we should demote them to TRACE or DEBUG level later).
