Hi, glad I could help! I've had a look at your Kubernetes and Docker files, and I do have some feedback:

• You may want to split all K8S resources into separate YAML files
• Instead of using a Deployment, I would have used a StatefulSet along with a PersistentVolumeClaim in order to store peers in a persistent way if Kubernetes decides to restart the Nginx pod.
• Perhaps create a Helm Chart? This would allow easier deployment into Kubernetes.

Bitstorm currently uses POSIX file locking in order to prevent collisions. This does not scale very well in Kubernetes, as you will be limited to a single pod at any time. You cannot do POSIX locking over volumes, so running more than one pod is not an option. It can however be done with the SQL version of Bitstorm.
