[Crash] Petrolpark Library and NTM Neo Edition incompatible.

Describe the bug

Launching a modpack with latest Petrolpark Library and HBMs NTM - Neo Edition crashes the game immediately. Invalid access transform This might be also NTMs issue so I will relay the bug report to them if needed.

To Reproduce

1. Make a new instance with only these two mods:

• petrolpark-1.21.1-1.5.0 (latest)
• hbmsntm-198A

2. Try to launch the modpack
3. Almost immediate crash
