Include localhost in the WEBUI log entry

It would be helpful if the webui log message included the URL.

Webgui available at wg_port 8514.

vs

Webgui available at http://localhost:8514.

An important feature of the Webgui is that it is available locally or from any other machine on the local network. This is particularly useful if ardopcf is running on a headless raspberry pi. So, I suggest:

Webgui available at http://localhost:8514.
  If connecting to the Webgui from another machine, then replace localhost with the IP address of the machine running ardopcf.

I think it is overly verbose.

Here's what Pat does.

That first line from pat is unrelated, this is reporting a failure from an attempt to use rigctld to contact your radio. The second line is equivalent to this message from ardopcf.

I accept that including the full localhost address is an improvement over what is currently displayed. However, responding to questions from users of ardopcf for the last year, I've also come to realize that many users do not have a great understanding of how to use their computers or their radios. I fear that this could become even more of a problem if ardop becomes more popular. So, I'm currently inclined to put more information in log messages rather than less. However, I've also found that even when messages clearly describe a problem and how to fix it, that some people fail to read or react to those messages. See my second comment to Issue 156 for an example of this.

I'd like to be able to write:
webgui available at http://localhost:8514 or http://192.168.100.1:8514

However, I don't think that there is a simple and reliable cross-platform way to get the local IP address to include in this message.
