Backend feature parity matrix + clear limitations #8
Description
Problem
XDP/AF_XDP and DPDK modes may behave differently, but it is not clearly documented which features are supported where.
Proposal
Add a documented “feature matrix” and make unsupported options fail fast with a clear error message.
Alternatives considered
Rely on tribal knowledge.
Additional context
Prevents confusion and inconsistent deployments.
