Visual cue to indicate autosaving - eg. Greyed out Save button

Many people feel uneasy without a save button. Having a visual cue that says "Autosaving..." or "Saved" somewhere will go a long way to put them at ease.

For consistency across OSes, I think the "Save As" button could be a Save Button, greyed out whenever saved, and "Save As" can become to a context menu to it.

If a change is being made here, I don't want the interface changing for elementary OS users. The application conforms to the HIG as is and will be potentially confusing to users on that platform if we change this.

Perhaps there is a way to distinguish if we are running on elementary or not and change the UI to match.
