Identify further updates to A11y View to make it clear public-facing document for show casing available description (Interactive, Core, Some)

We have made several recent improvements to how the descriptions and the PDOM are displayed in the A11y View Tool.

This tool is essential internally for devs and designers.
Teachers have a link from the Teacher Tips document (not sure how much it is referenced.)
@LindaStegemann would like it to be linked in the Sim Feature Tracking spreadsheet for each sim.

To make it more readily available available and public facing, I think we want to make sure that it's purpose is clearly communicated to more general audience, especially those who are looking for WCAG compliant sims.

List of improvement/framing changes:

1. Re-frame all surrounding explanatory language. (who is the audience?)
2. Make it super clear this is not a tool for students or screen reader users.
3. It's a tool that exposes what a screen has access to.
4. It is a design and testing tool for designers, devs, and researchers.
5. For Accessibility purposes it communicates to non-screen reader users, e.g., educators and administrators, how much description and what kind of description is available in simulations.

Summary: About the A11y View Tool
Details: The A11y View is a design and presentation tool that visually displays a copy of the descriptions we design for the Interactive Description feature. The State Descriptions (blue box) track the current state of the simulation. The Responsive Descriptions (orange box) deliver relevant changes in real time as they happen. Using this tool, designers can test and assess the descriptions during the design process without using a screen reader. Educators can also use this tool to see if the content of the descritpions meets their teaching and learning needs.

Please note: The A11y View is not for learners. In learning contexts, screen reader users access the Interactive Description feature using the same simulation as everyone else.

Details: State Descriptions are a combination of static state descriptions (descriptions that never change) and dynamic state descriptions (descriptions that update silently as the simulation changes). Together, they form a complete description of the current state at any given moment. These are the descriptions that a screen reader user can read through or review as they feel the need when they are accessing a simulation (i.e., not the A11y View tool).

Details: Responsive Descriptions are a combination of object responses (OBJ), descriptions of changes made directly to interactive objects, and context responses (CTX), descriptions of changes to the surrounding context. Together, they are designed to deliver relevant changes in real time as they happen. The object and context responses powered by ARIA Live appear in the activity log below. The object responses for slider interactions are powered by the aria-valuetext attribute, and are found in grey text under slider interactions in the blue box.
