While working on Core Voicing feature in Membrane Transport, I made this comment phetsims/membrane-transport#396 (comment)
We did not make a sim-specifc voicing change for that sim as that would not make sense.
Opening this issue for when we are working on common code for Core Voicing of Time Control node which has many options to consider.
The question is, because the Voicing experience does not include the heading "Sim Speeds," is there a need for more explicit Voicing Name Responses? Possibly not, as there is still the option to have Voicing Help Text. Opening this issue just have a bit more time to think about this later.
