Create list of sims that need sim-repo issues to redesign their hotkeys that are not screen reader accessible

Related to #1790

In this issue, I just want to create a list of sims that need to have the hot keys tested with a screen reader, and the if the hot keys do not work create issues in their repos to update their hotkeys when re-publishing.

Sims that use letter-key pairs or single-letter hot keys are candidates for change. A two-letter combo can work in specific cases such as special behavior on a custom object BASE' jump keys are scree reader accessible, for example, and do not need to change.

• Geometric Optics - j-key cycles through objects.
• Circuit Construction Kit - J +P and J + T moves focus to certain places.

This seemed like a query well-suited to Claude Code, so I asked it to identify a list of hotkeys. Description Levels come from the Inclusive Features Tracking Spreadsheet.

Hotkeys by sim

Sorted by description level, most-described first — Interactive Description → Core Description → None — then by repo, then by sim name. No sim has Some Description. Sorting by repo keeps sibling sims together, since they usually share a definition.

(shared) marks a definition serving more than one sim — one definition, not two.
