Headers multiple lines

Hello guys,

I have a very long table which spans 5 pages in my rtf document, this table has a header which is written in two rows. I have used the function setFirstRowAsHeader() of the PHPRtfLite_Table class and this had helped repeating only the first row of my header for each page And in fact, i need to repeat the two rows of my header for each page. Is there a way to do this?

phprtflite currently supports \trhdr (table header row) only for the first row of a table. I'm not sure about word/openoffice support for multiple header rows.
I can suggest you to insert all the needed content inside the first row; eg. you can merge all the cells of the first row and nest a table inside it.
