QualityBasedBreak causes Crash, Neoforge 1.21.1

When a Tool breaks and becomes a broken tool the server crashes. Im not sure what exact Quality causes this problem, but with high tiers this hasnt happened, so i suspect it being with the poor tier

After some investigation this problem comes from a hoe inside a Botany Pot from BotanyPots and when it breaks, the server crashes
