quarto context save & renderer

Each quarto document has a set of input parameters.
These parameters together form the context of the render.
Filenames could be derived from these for caching on the server:

• clustering_v23-pigmentfile=HASHHERE-taxafile=HASHHERE.rds
• clusterview_v22-clustering_v23_RDS=HASHHERE.rds
• annealing_v11-cluster=2_clustering_v23_RDS=HASHHERE.rds

Alternatively, a hash could be generated for the files.
