Bug: once u scroll to the bottom, it gets stuck

Describe the issue

When viewing a source file with the CSS zoom > 1, once you scroll to the bottom, it gets stuck. Even if you try to scroll up, it lags and scrolls you down. This doesn't happen with zoom ≤ 1.

Reproduction

Use zoom > 1. I spinned up the editor locally with some dummy text.
