chore: tested pi version is 0.99.2

pi 0.87.1 → 0.99.2 (codemode, MCP, tool search, virtual models, nested
tool calls, structured bash results, ExtensionToolContext). Every @Pify
package was typechecked and tested against 0.99.2 (_review/verify-pi.sh):
all green once recall's test cast its stub ctx; the suite's runtime
assumptions held. Packages that needed the new API moved to it in their
own releases (shell-background 0.4.0 structuredContent, yolo 0.15.0 MCP
gate, compact 0.5.1 and recall 0.5.1 nestedCalls). TESTED_PI_VERSION
feeds `pify init` and the README's --pi-version example.
