chore(cli): tested pi version is 0.87.0

TESTED_PI_VERSION still said 0.84.4 (three releases behind; the README
said 0.85.1), which is what `pify init` records as the version a project
was set up against. The whole suite was installed against pi 0.87.0,
typechecked and tested today; the constant and the README example follow.
