Add a feature to create a user given data

I think this is a really great package. You created PikaBot, and I am trying to use ReplAPI to create IreoluwaGPT, a comment bot on Replit too.

You might want to add a feature where you can create a new Replit account given it's profile data (bio, username, avatar, password).

This is a good package, for sure! :D
