Quan un usuari tingui tasques en marxa al bridge i aquestes tasques hagin acabat enviar una notificació de les seves tasques, es pot fer mitjançant l'usuari Github.

Summary:

• Added executor-side completion notifications for dispatched jobs that finish as done or blocked.
• The notification is a concise GitHub issue/PR comment mentioning the triggering human actor and any coalesced human actors, so GitHub can deliver the desktop notification through the normal user notification path.
• Skips no-dispatch/no-op jobs, bot actors, and the authenticated bot user to avoid noisy self/bot mentions.

Commit: 1a4e6af (feat: notify users when bridge jobs complete)
Tests: pytest -q passed (301 tests, 1 existing Starlette deprecation warning).

Verified the existing implementation in PR #145: #145

I re-read the issue/PR scope and checked the branch diff. The implementation posts completion comments only for dispatched jobs that finish done or blocked, mentions the triggering/coalesced human actors, and skips no-op jobs plus bot/current-bot recipients.

Validation:

• .venv/bin/python -m pytest -q tests/test_executor.py tests/test_github_followup_detection.py tests/test_queue.py -> 49 passed
• .venv/bin/python -m pytest -q -> 301 passed, 1 existing Starlette/httpx deprecation warning

No extra code changes were needed beyond PR #145.

Resolt amb el PR #145: #145

Estat final:

• el PR està mergejat;
• merge commit: 5e657a5;
• main ja conté aquest merge;
• la implementació final envia notificacions web Push reals des del dashboard quan els jobs dispatchats acaben done o blocked, vinculades al login de GitHub autenticat;
• la icona del push es deriva automàticament de la GitHub App amb GITHUB_AGENT_BRIDGE_GITHUB_APP_ID o GITHUB_AGENT_BRIDGE_GITHUB_APP_SLUG, mantenint GITHUB_AGENT_BRIDGE_WEB_PUSH_ICON_URL només com a override.

No he fet cap canvi addicional en aquest job perquè el tancament de la issue ja corresponia al PR mergejat.
