Show model in session list on Android

It would be very useful to see which model each session in an Android screen is currently set to.

There is space on the card; last updated time would also be useful

I'm similarly having issues with T3 Code on Android. Tbh I gave up on it entirely because it doesn't support notifications, which is rather the point. I want to know when input is required from my phone rather than being glued to a laptop all day, currently not possible iOS feature only...
