[Feature]: changable project location

Problem or use case

Renaming a project folder or moving it to a new location breaks the project in T3 Code.

Currently, there is no way in the UI (e.g., under Settings → Projects or via the context menu) to update or repoint an existing project's filesystem path. The only options are:

• Removing the project and re-adding it, which loses all linked conversation threads, context, and project history.
• Manually hunting down and editing internal database/storage records, which is error-prone and risks corrupting app state.

Proposed solution

Allow updating the project directory path directly in T3 Code:

• Add a "Relocate" or "Edit Path" option in Settings → Projects (or in the project context menu).
• Automatically prompt the user to relocate or locate the missing folder if T3 Code detects that a project directory is not found on launch.
• Update the stored project path while keeping all associated threads, notes, and history intact.

Duplicate of #4940 (same gap: after a folder move/rename there’s no way to repoint the project path while keeping threads). Earlier related request #2357 was closed without a re-link path.
