We du have auto mode? |
|
Any plan to support this? This is actually one of the best features claude code added recently |
I believe it would be in reference to this menu. It would be nice if we could default to the auto mode as well as mentioned in #2662
|
|
This would actually be a very useful feature as bypass permissions may not be allowed in Enterprise setups, while Auto might be. |

Not sure about Claude code, but configuring codex to auto-review and using "auto-accept edits" mode in t3 is sufficient. I would like it to be possible to edit the default thread permissions though. |
|
FWIW, this feature is the main reason I don't use t3code. |

Same, opened up T3 code today after a while, hoping to make it my main coding app, but this is a deal-breaker for me, especially after the reports of sol deleting users' home folders. |

Problem or use case
Support auto mode as a permissions mode for claude code. Not possible today afaict. It was rolled out to all Max/Team/Enterprise users along with Opus 4.7
Proposed solution
Support auto mode as an additional permissions mode
Why this matters
Auto mode is significantly operationally safer than dangerously skip permissions, while being ~the same for day to day use.
Smallest useful scope
Support auto mode as one of the options in the drop down
