Convenience and when remote you don't have access to your file system so you want to see images from agent

Implemented in #9023. Image links now open an in-app preview, including images stored on a remote environment or outside the project folder. Closing this request as completed.

Great to see medias (images, videos) inlined into the thread chat, and opening in modal on this PR screenshots, both on host or remote (among which android). Will this become default behavior or walled behind a settings (when it will land in nightly, #9023 seems merged just after latest nightly was released)

Out of curiosity, any ETA for the feature landing on the android play store? Would love the APKs (release or nightly) to be made available on github release assets as suggested there: #6880
