[Feature]: continue threads from claude code

Problem or use case

I would like to be able to continue sessions from claude code with in the t3 code app

Proposed solution

be able to go through claude code sessions inside of the app and resume them, keeping the history. I would also want to resume the thread in claude code too after using it in t3 code.

Why this matters

It allows me to continue using threads in claude code in t3code when i want to use it remotely, and lets me change providers from just claude code to something else while preserving the history.

Smallest useful scope

letting me import and export threads between t3code and claude code easily

Alternatives considered

just keeping them separate, but than im less likely to use t3code
