Command Palette

It would be great to have a command palette for quick navigation or access to most common comands.

For sure this is something to think a bit deeper, but I have memory muscle on shift+command+p to open a command palette to open a new file/terminal/whatever. I think it could be a nice feature to add.

A command palette is already available with Cmd+K on macOS or Ctrl+K elsewhere. It includes thread/project navigation, Go to file, and settings. You can rebind commandPalette.toggle in Settings → Keybindings. Closing as implemented in #1103.
