My gosh, what OS / browser are you using? I've never seen the fonts so broken before when zoomed out to 50%. To answer your question, everything in the large box on the right side will run multiple times in parallel, set by the "Targets" field in the very first job node (the one directly wired to the multiplex controller -- I believe the title says "Run dockcheck"). So if Dockcheck's "Targets" field (the one currently set to "D..." in the screenshot) resolves to 4 servers, then 4 Dockcheck jobs will run in parallel. And since you are using what appears to be the "On Success" condition wired to additional steps after the Dockcheck (i.e. a decision, wait, and another job node), ALL of those will run on each of the parallel tracks started from the multiplex. If you want to change this so that ONLY the "Run dockcheck" job runs multiple times, and everything else on the right side waits for all the multiplex jobs to complete, and only run once, then you need to change the "On Success" condition to "On Continue".
