Daily Global Blackout Window

Hello!

We recently ran into some jobs being aborted due to "server shutting down". Initial digging showed the satellites were gracefully restarting. Long story short, it was the automatic updates that are configured by default on AWS Ubuntu instances. We've configured those to run at 1am moving forward but we would like to configure a global daily blackout of a half hour window from 1am - 1:30am. Is this possible?
