Add a Widget home screen with no apps running

Would it be possible to add a home screen Widget for when I have no apps running (like when I am listening to audio through a player widget on my home screen or else simply have nothing running at all).

With the existing display over apps when running plus a widget for when no apps are running it would make velociraptor be able to be used in all situations - and that would be awesome!!)

Thanks for developing this app . I have been looking for something like this for a while.
