Since I finally came here on my computer:
I would really enjoy being able to play multiple of my presets simultaneously. The ability to stack how different noise patterns and fade cycles interact with each other could be quite fun to play with. In a similar manner, being able to add some amount of randomness into the amplitude and duration of fades could be really nice.
I know this hasn't been under active development for well over a decade, but figured I might as well put the thoughts out there on how to make the best app of its kind even better.
