When I changed the Mac OS UI language to Spanish and rebooted, the driver started to show problems. For example, upon clicking, the pointer would momentarily appear displaced a few inches to the right, therefore missing the click target. Upon releasing the click, the pointer would come back to where the host pointer was located. The effect is glitchy, though. When clicking repeatedly, sometimes the click was on target, other times not.
Switch the UI Language back to English, and after rebooting the problem was gone.
