Bug: research queue completed out of order

AI Supercore is slotted first, but the techs queued up behind it keep being researched first. Only saw this once, in Truepath; skipped-ahead techs were Dreadnought and Tau Ceti Data; race is Moldling, issue possibly related to Infiltrator trait?
