Consider detecting math mode used for non-math #68

Some LaTeX papers use math mode as a way of denoting an identifier or variable name, much like italics or small caps. However this makes it a little harder than necessary for a screen reader, which sees it as an inline equation.

One possible criterion: math mode consisting of word(s) with 3+ letters, no numbers or other non-alphabetical characters, surrounded by words on either side. Like "we set the $alpha$ parameter..."
