Installation error

Hi,
I'm trying to install this tool on my macOS 11.4. However, even after successfully cloning the repo and installing all dependencies, I still get the 'command not found' error after running 'randomise_summary.py'.
I don't understand why this is happening.

Hi @bhavika-g. Please add <pnl_randomise>/scripts to your $PATH, as documented in pnlbwh/nifti-snapshot#2 (comment)

Hi Kevin, Thank you for your help. I think you meant I should add <pnl_randomise>/lib to my $PATH, as there is no directory named 'scripts'. Once I did that, I am getting this error: " zsh: /Users/bhavikagopalani/Downloads/pnl_randomise/lib/randomise_summary.py: bad interpreter: /data/pnl/kcho/anaconda3/bin/python: no such file or directory " Would you have any idea how to fix this?
