Sample Templates - Merge and Cleanup

Currently there are two sample template locations - which doesn't feel up to date and may cause contributor confusion.

• samples/_SAMPLE_templates
• templates

The Templates folder feels like logical location for contribution and types may need to be added for DAs, CEAs and CPS Solutions.

How do other repos handle this? I think it would be good to take the approach that is most consistent.

In script samples, I have a folder for template of the scaffolding as a submission template, and optionally a PowerShell script to help set this up. Ill report back of other submission examples.

When we do this merge, we need to make sure that we update the AGENTS.md file accordingly

Let's keep templates folder in the root and remove samples/_SAMPLE_templates folder.

We could update the AGENTS.md to detect the project type and apply the correct rules, such as enforcing readme template, assets folder etc.
