"This UTR was defined manually" controlled curation on UTRs

I'm doing some final checking for:

• Remaining annotation to move out of the contig files pombase-chado#1330

I noticed that there were some "misc" controlled curation annotations missing from pombe-embl/supporting_files/legacy_controlled_curation.tsv. The missing annotations are from UTR features:

FT   3'UTR           104304..104953
FT                   /systematic_id="SPAC1F8.08"
FT                   /db_xref="PMID:18641648"
FT                   /db_xref="PMID:20118936"
FT                   /controlled_curation="term=misc, This UTR was defined
FT                   manually in PMID:20118936 from transcriptome data in

FT                   exact"

We aren't currently loading these into Chado or displaying them on the website. Should we be?

I think we should keep these in the contigs, though since this information supports sequence feature coordinates for the UTRs.

Add the 5' UTR notes from pombe_embl/reannotation to a tsv to load into Chado
Display under the transcript graphic on the gene pages.
Dump the old controlled curation .
Find out and document how to curate isoforms
