I was reading PMID:41984257 which says

I saw this which looked odd (the dosage lethality looks incorrect)

However I cannot find it in the session:

Its in BioGRID as PomBase source?

I can definitely see the rescue in the session:

I can't figure out where the lethality is coming from though. Could it be an annotation that they exported and that we removed afterwards ?

I was wondering that. I suspect thats the issue. but that would imply we are importing PomBase curation from BioGRID, and I didn't think we did that.

We also need a mechanism for BIOGRID to pick up our changes. I'll put this on the list to discuss on the next call.

Good catch, the session that Val pasted in and that I have looked at previously (https://curation.pombase.org/pombe/curs/8bbf0b2fcfdbcf46/ro/) is not Tanabe at al. from 2019 but from 2020.

so, this isn't WT mal3 overexpression which isn't obvious in the old GI curation system.
Since the correct alleles are recorded in the comments, this is a good one to 'uplift' to the new GI system
