My Ballot Embed - Related Links management

We need a way for Orgs to manage what Related Links show up in the More Info section. A couple ideas:

• Add a "Use URL for related links" checkbox in the configuration options for each embed
  • This would be checked by default
  • All old embeds should not have this checked (except Candidate Guides)
  • Allows a way to manually manage Related Links
• In the My Ballot Embed configuration, create a date filter that filters by the Deployed View Date Created
  • This allows a top level way to prevent old URLs from showing up as Related Links / More Info
