What do you recommend for the Intune detection rule?

What do you recommend for the Intune detection rule for the packaged app?

It would be optimal to have something that allows intune to see if the pre-requisite actions failed before the upgrade started.

But we can't make running windows 11 the success criteria either.

I made the detection rule based on the OS version (using a script) but that really does not work well. Most of the time the results show failed even if it didn't fail. But, if you let Intune handle the restart instead of letting the upgrade assistant handle it then using that as a detection does seem to work. For the pre-requisites thing you can simply run a requirements script to check for, at least the basic requirements. Most of those are in my script so you can get them from there and repurpose them into a requirements script.

I am trying to use the detection method that says if Windows 10 not installed and if Windows 11 installed but this is failing.
