[Feature Request] customize comment body

Currently, the comment body when large file detected is hardcoded in the code.
However, I would like to add a link to contrbution guide or display i18n variant, instead of current one.

IMHO, here are two possible solutions:

1. Add a parameter to override hardcoded comment body, allow users to change it via with: block.
2. Allow disable sending comments, so that users can further process the outputs and send comments on their own.
